RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Non-Faulty Items
Returns on non-faulty items of lingerie and swimwear will only be accepted if the gusset strips are in place and have not been removed.
We will not accept any non-faulty item for return or exchange in the event that the tags have been removed or it has been worn.
Faulty Items
In the event that goods are received in a damaged or defective condition as a consumer you are entitled to a refund on notice and we request that you return the damaged or defected goods to us in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt and we will credit the account from which you made payment with the price for which you paid for the goods.
Exchanges
We will be happy to exchange or give you a refund on online purchases, provided the goods are returned with all tags intact within 14 days upon receipt of the unwanted items.
This does not affect your statutory rights,
We cannot offer a refund on postage costs, gift boxes or any items that have been worn unless the product is found to be faulty.

Returns will be dealt with within 48 hours. It is recommended that you obtain a receipt from the Post Office as proof of postage.
Once we have received your returned items we will contact you to inform you of your replacement or refund.
